SEED & YouthTruth Surveys in April

In the month of April all CSD and Muddy Creek 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade students will be asked to share their views and experiences with our staff and the Corvallis School District. Two short surveys will be completed on chromebooks in their classrooms. We appreciate your support in helping us understand our students better and identify areas of growth for our school.
